General Information
Production Time
Proofs will be sent within 1-3 business days after receipt of order. Production time begins after written
proof approval. Proof approval can be faxed to 608-741-2388 or e-mailed to cmoore@cmooreawards.
com. If you choose not to see a proof on your order, please fax or e-mail your waiver with your order.
Custom Image 3 Lasering
Custom design setup charge is $190.00 per design. There is no setup costs to use a stock design in the
Image 3 pieces as long as the stock design you choose comes stock in the cube or block you want. If the
stock design you want does not come stock in a certain cube, a resizing charge of $60.00 will be applied
to your order. To deep etch on the outside of any cube or block, add $8.00 per area per piece.
Production time for Custom Image is up to 6 weeks. Production time for Stock Image 3 artwork is 10
business days.
Deep Etching
Setup Charge is $75.00 each time a new logo needs to be setup on an award unless otherwise specified.
If text only is being etched, the setup cost is reduced to $25.00 for each new award. A resizing charge is
applied only if you are placing the same artwork on a different award that has a different imprint area. If
the imprint areas are the same, or up to 1/2" different, the resizing cost will be waived. The resizing
charge is 1/2 of the original setup charge.
For 1-2 lines of text change on an award add $7.50 each. For 3 or more lines of text change on an award
add $20.00 each. Please, if possible, send all imprint instructions in e-mail format to art@cmooreawards.
com and be sure to reference your purchase order number and company name. A running charge
applies only when you are etching on a 2nd location on an award. This running charge is $8.00 per area
per piece plus any applicable setup and etching costs for the additional area.
Colorfill is available for most of the deep etched awards. If this is requested, please add $7.00 per color
per area per piece. Colors available are gold, silver, red, blue, black, & white.
Laser Engraving
Setup Charge is $40.00 each time a new logo or text needs to be setup on an award unless otherwise
specified. For Image 3 laser engraving setup charge is $180.00 per setup per area. A resizing charge is

Screening / Pad Printing / Direct Screen / Blend / Direct Puff / Offset
Setup Charge is $40.00 each, per color, per area per order unless otherwise specified. Color changes
are available $20.00 per change, however, the logo and location must remain the same. 3M color
changes within an order are subject to a $76.00 charge per change in increments of 500 minimum per
color. For text changes, please add $3.00 per line that changes per color per area per piece. Please, if
possible, send all imprint instructions in e-mail format to art@cmooreawards.com and be sure to
reference your purchase order number and company name in the subject line. A running charge applies
only when you are screening a 2nd location on an award. This running charge is $1.50 per color per
area per piece plus any applicable setup and screening cost for the additional area.
PMS color matching is available, if needed, please add $25.00 per color per area per piece.
Hot Stamp / Foil Stamp / Heat Transfer
Setup charge is $40.00 per color per area per piece, unless otherwise specified.
Vinyl Panel
Setup charge is $40.00 for a one to four spot color imprint in one location only. Please provide a color
match or an actual color sample for special required colors. For a one location, five color imprint add
$0.35 per piece plus an additional setup of $40.00. Personalizations are not available.
Four-Color Process
Setup charge is $40.00 and is only available for vinyl panel imprints. Add $0.90 per piece to the price of
the item to use this process.
Laser Tint
Setup charge is $50.00 and you must add $0.75 per piece, per color to the price of the item. This
process is only available to a limited selection of items. For a second location imprint, add $0.75 per
piece plus an additional setup of $50.00.
Embroidery
Setup charge is $40.00 per change of item per color change. Designs with excessive stitches require an
additional tape charge of $20.00 per 1000 stitches plus a $0.40 run charge per 1000 stitches. Additional
thread colors require an additional charge of $0.28 per color. Normal production time is 7 business days
upon approval of proof. Metallic thread charge is $0.50 per 1000 stitches. Thread color change charge
is $30.00 with a minimum quantity of 72 per change. Three-Dimensional Embroidery is available on all
headwear and microfleece blankets for $1.25 each.
Black & White Photo Reproduction (Halftones)
Available on Offset imprinted items only. $22.00 charge for each halftone reproduced. Additional
charges may apply to touch up photo.
Bases
For engraving on bases, please add a running charge of $5.00 each plus any applicable setup or
lasering/etching costs. Black satin plates are available for all of bases. If a plate is requested, please
add $9.00 each plus any applicable lasering costs. Gold and silver plates are also available at $4.00
each plus any applicable lasering/screening costs.
Leather Embossed and Hot Foil Stamp
$75.00 each and applies to leather coasters only.
Medallions - Spin Cast
New die setup charge $125.00. Medallions available are QC (round), SQC (square), DQC (small round),
ERDQC (rectangle), & RQC (rectangle). Production time is 4 weeks for new orders and 3 weeks for
repeat orders.
Medallions - Die Struck
New die setup charge $150.00. Running charge for Die Struck Medallions is $3.00 per medallion with a
minimum order quantity of 50 medallions per order. Less than minimum is not available for Die Struck
Medallions. Medallions available are QC (round), SQC (square), DQC (small round), ERDQC (rectangle),
& RQC (rectangle). Production time is 6 weeks for new orders and 4 weeks for repeat orders.`
Paper / Product Proofs
A black and white, electronic or faxed paper proof will be provided with every order at no cost for the first
proof. If additional proofs are requested, please add $10.00 for each additional proof produced. If
multiple proofs are needed your production schedule may be delayed. When receiving a paper proof be
sure to approve layout, spelling, grammar, and logo registration.
If a product proof is requested, please add $40.00 plus the cost of the item and any applicable setups or
running charges. Standard production times apply for product proofs. Please specify where the product
proof should ship and via what method. Customer is responsible for freight for all product proofs
produced.
Random Samples
Random samples are available upon request.
Cancellations
Upon receipt of your faxed cancellation, we will confirm within 24 hours if your cancellation has been
accepted by our vendor. Orders cannot be cancelled after proofs have been approved or after the order
has reached production. You will be charged $25.00 plus all costs incurred to date.
Complaints or Disputes
Complaints or disputes must be made within in 15 days after receipt of order.
Less Than Minimum
Less Than Minimum charge applies when a customer orders less than the posted minimum order
quantity for an item. If this occurs, a charge of $50.00 per order will be added. The absolute minimum is
½ of the product’s listed quantity. Less than minimum is not available on Image 3 awards or Die Struck
Medallions orders.
Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is available for all items; silver paper with a silver cord; $5.50 per box.
Gluing
$5.50 per piece. This is not available for products with wood bases. Image 3 crystal items cannot be
glued to marble or wood bases.
International Shipping / Split Shipping / Drop Shipping
International shipping is available at $20.00 per location. Customer must supply a UPS or Federal
Express number to ship internationally. Declared values will be the items listed price unless otherwise
specified. Customer is responsible for all taxes, duties and miscellaneous charges related to the
shipment.
Split shipping is available at $10.00 per shipment. Please provide addresses in excel format. We cannot
ship to PO Boxes, so please provide physical addresses for each location.
Drop shipping is available at $10.00 per location after the first. Please provide addresses in excel
format. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, so please provide physical addresses for each location.
Shipping
Standard production times are listed for each item individually. C.O.D. shipments are not available. All
orders are shipped primarily using UPS. Please specify if an alternative carrier is preferred.
Claims
All claims for breakage must be made by the receiver with the freight carrier and done within 10 days
after receipt of merchandise. The receiver must save the outer carton(s) as well as the inner contents for
inspection purposes.
Payment Terms:
All prices are in US dollars. We accept payment via check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Checks should be paid to the order of CMoore Awards. If you wish to pay via credit card please be sure
to include all necessary information for correct processing including, card number, expiration date and
verification code. First time customers, please fill out a new account application to obtain an account.
