Orders for blank product usually ship within 1-3 business days. Decorated orders generally take between 7-10, however, they could take up to 28 business days to complete depending on the product, order quantity, order specifications, and proof approval. Many other variables can change the course of your purchase order. To be sure that your order runs smoothly, be sure to submit all information needed to process the order completely. This includes company name, account number (if available), e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, bill to information, ship to information, purchase order number (if applicable), shipping method, in hand date, item number, item name (for verification purposes), item color, item quantity, imprint method, imprint color(s), imprint location(s), and be sure to submit artwork to art@cmooreawards.com. Some orders will take less than 10 days to complete, others will take more than 20 days to complete. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Please contact us within 15 business days of receipt of your order with any claims, or return requests. Prior to shipping your merchandise back, please e-mail returns@cmooreawards.com to get an RA # for the return as well as a return address. We will review your claim and get back with your promptly on a course of action.
Order cancellations are accepted. We must receive your cancellation request in written form, either by fax, e-mail or postal mail. You will be charged for any costs incurred before the cancellation request is received. No cancellations available on orders after the proof has been approved.
Stock Availability:
We cannot guarantee stock availability on any item in our catalog. Stock is allocated on a first come first serve basis. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will attempt to find a comparable replacement and contact you immediately.
