General Information

Custom Medallions
Custom Medallions are available on Ceramic, Glass, and  Steel City Stainless Steel Products.  Production
lead time is up to 6 weeks.  There is no die or setup charge.  The Custom Medallion pricing is in addition
to the catalog pricing for the product.  Medallions can be producted with Pewter, Copper or Gold finish.   
Pewter medallions can be color filled with a limit of 4 color per medallion.  Medallions can be produced in
round, oval, square, or rectangle forms.  Most medallions will require a spec sample to be produced.  
Please allow up to 3 weeks spec sample production.  Medallions are pre-bent to fit the diameter of the
item to which they will be applied.  Pricing is as follows...

Deep Etching
Deep etching setup charge for a logo is $75.00 per setup.  Deep etching setup charge for text only is
$42.50 per setup.  Please specify artwork size desired.  Artwork requiring multiple sizes will be charged
$25.00 additional per die.  This will also apply to orders requiring more than one size artwork to
accommodate multiple size etch areas.  Copy changes for deep etched products will be charged $25.00
per change of copy.  Up to 2 lines of stacked copy will be charged $5.00 per item, up to 3 lines of
stacked copy will be charged $6.50 per item, and up to 4 lines of stacked copy will be charged $8.00 per
item instead of a copy change charge.  When a second location is requested to be etched on an item,
please add $8.00 per each additional area per piece plus any applicable setup cost, copy, or
personalization charges for the second side.

Direct Screen
Direct screen imprint setup charge is $40.00 per color per area.  Additional colors add $0.80 each plus a
new screen setup per color per area.  Some items require an additional screen charge for multiple
location imprinting.  If you require part of your order to be imprinted in a different color within a production
run using the same screen, there is a color change charge of $16.25 per change.

Four Color Process
Setup is $125.00 per color per area per design.   

Laser Engraving
Laser engraving setup charge is $40.00 per setup.  Laser etch applies to wood and metal products only.  
Artwork requiring multiple sizes will be charged $25.00 additional per die.  This will also apply to orders
requiring more than one size artwork to accommodate multiple size etch areas.  Copy changes for laser
engraved products will be charged $25.00 per change of copy.  Up to 2 lines of stacked copy will be
charged $5.00 per item, up to 3 lines of stacked copy will be charged $6.50 per item, and up to 4 lines of
stacked copy will be charged $8.00 per item instead of a copy change charge.  When a second location
is requested to be lasered on an item, please add $8.00 per each additional area per piece plus any
applicable setup cost, copy, or personalization charges for the second side.

Plates
3-5 square inches $4.00 each plus applicable setup and lasering charges.  

Colorfill
Colorfill is available for awards that are deep etched.  PMS color matching is available.  Please specify
PMS color by number.  $5.00 for the first color, per color, per side.  $3.00 for each additional color per
side, per piece.  $2.50 for gold or silver color fill per color, per side.  Add 3 working days to normal
production time for colorfilled awards.  Color fill is not available for stemware or barware products.

PMS Color Matching
Exact PMS color matches are not available.  Our vendor will try to match your color selection as closely
as possible using PMS numbers as reference only.

Copy Changes
Add $30.00 per change of copy.  The copy change must be in one color only and is limited to 4 lines of
type.  Copy changes must be at least 72 pieces for regular catalog items and 144 pieces on promotional
items.  Less than minimum charges apply if minimum order quantity requirements are not met.

Personalization
Individual names can be applied and fired directly on most items.  Typestyles are limited to Helvetica 67,
Cooper, and Brush Script.  Minimum quantity is 50 personalizations.  A completed typed alphabetical list
must be provided.  If the desired ink color is not specified, the personalization will be black.  
Personalization charge is $3.00 each plus a $45.00 setup in addition to the regular catalog price of the
item and screen setup.  

Paper / Product Proofs
A black and white, electronic or faxed paper proof will be provided with every order at no cost for the first
proof.  If additional proofs are requested, please add $15.00 for each additional proof produced.  If
multiple proofs are needed your production schedule may be delayed.  When receiving a paper proof be
sure to approve layout, spelling, grammar, and logo registration.  
If a product proof is requested, please add $50.00 plus the cost of the item and any applicable setups or
running charges.  Standard production times apply for product proofs.  Please specify where the product
proof should ship and via what method.  Customer is responsible for freight for all product proofs
produced.

Random Samples
Random samples are available upon request.

Cancellations
Upon receipt of your faxed cancellation, we will confirm within 24 hours if your cancellation has been
accepted by our vendor.  Orders cannot be cancelled after proofs have been approved or after the order
has reached production.  You will be charged $40.00 plus all costs incurred to date.

Less Than Minimum
Less Than  Minimum charge applies when a customer orders less than the posted minimum order
quantity for an item.  If this occurs, a charge of $50.00 per color will be added.  Normal art and screen
charges still apply.  

International Shipping / Split Shipping / Drop Shipping
International shipping is available at $35.00 per location.  Customer must supply a UPS or Federal
Express number to ship internationally.  Declared values will be the items listed price unless otherwise
specified.  Customer is responsible for all taxes, duties and miscellaneous charges related to the
shipment.
Split shipping is available at $10.00 per shipment.  Please provide addresses in excel format.  We cannot
ship to PO Boxes, so please provide physical addresses for each location.
Drop shipping is available at $10.00 per location after the first.  Please provide addresses in excel
format.  We cannot ship to PO Boxes, so please provide physical addresses for each location.

Shipping
Standard production times are listed for each item individually.  C.O.D. shipments are not available.   All
orders are shipped primarily using UPS.  Please specify if an alternative carrier is preferred.  There is a
$10.00 charge for each drop, split, or release shipment after the first shipment.  

Complaints or Disputes
Complaints or disputes must be made within in 15 days after receipt of order.

Claims
All claims for breakage must be made by the receiver with the freight carrier and done within 10 days
after receipt of merchandise.  The receiver must save the outer carton(s) as well as the inner contents
for inspection purposes.  

Payment Terms:  
All prices are in US dollars.  We accept payment via check, money order, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.  
Checks should be paid to the order of CMoore Awards.  If you wish to pay via credit card please be sure
to include all necessary information for correct processing (ex. card number, name on card, expiration
date, etc.).  First time customers, please fill out a
