Artwork Requirements
We accept artwork in the following formats: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat or PDF, Macromedia
Freehand, Corel Draw, and Adobe PhotoShop (350dpi) either Mac or PC. Please provide any fonts
required for your design or take the proper measure to ensure no fonts will be required to open and print
your artwork correctly. Artwork can be sent to art@cmooreawards.com. Please be sure to reference your
company name and or purchase order number in the subject line of your e-mail.
Disc art can be mailed to us at CMoore Awards, 2611 Joliet Street, Janesville, WI 53546.
Artwork submited for deep etching or laser processes should be sharp, black and white camera-ready
artwork. Artwork not meeting these specifications may be charged an additional art charge to clean up.
Art charges will be determined by our vendors. You will be advised prior to any additional artwork
charges being added in advance. Failure to submit proper artwork will delay production time schedules.
To insure proper processing of your order, artwork must have complete and specific instructions as to
layout, size, typestyle and placement. Please be sure to fax a hard copy of your e-mailed or disc artwork
along with your purchase order for verification.
For items with handles, screen imprinting begins and ends 1" from the handle on both sides.
Art charges may apply if artwork is not sent in correctly and needs to be redrawn.
Paper proofs will be sent within 3 business days of receipt of order and acceptable artwork. Please
specify if you want to receive your proof via fax or e-mail. Production time begins after proof written proof
approval.
