Artwork Requirements
Artwork should be supplied as clean, black & white, camera ready artwork. Text should be supplied along
with artwork in e-mail format. Be sure to convert all text to curves or outlines if you are sending it in a
certain font.
Artwork can be sent on disk or via e-mail in Adobe Illustrator, any version, PC or Mac, Photoshop
scanned or created at 1200 dpi at actual size, Corel Draw, Quark or InDesign (must be sent with the
linked file), Freehand, or Stuffit Delux. Disk art can be sent to CMoore Awards, 2611 Joliet Street,
Janesville, WI 53546. E-mailed artwork can be sent to art@cmooreawards.com. Be sure to reference
your purchase order number and company name. A faxed or mailed hard copy of the e-mailed or disk art
must be received with your purchase order.
Art charges may apply if artwork is not sent in correctly and needs to be redrawn.
Paper proofs will be sent within 3 business days of receipt of order and acceptable artwork. Please
specify if you want to receive your proof via fax or e-mail. Production time begins after proof written proof
approval.
