General Information

Production Time
Proofs will be sent within 1-3 business days after receipt of order.  Production time begins after written
proof approval.  Proof approval can be faxed to 608-741-2388 or e-mailed to cmoore@cmooreawards.
com.  If you choose not to see a proof on your order, please fax or e-mail your waiver with your order.

Deep Etching
Setup Charge is $50.00 each time a new logo needs to be setup on an award unless otherwise specified.  
If text only is being etched, the setup cost is reduced to $20.00 for each new award.  A resizing charge is
applied only if you are placing the same artwork on a different award that has a different imprint area.  If
the imprint areas are the same, or up to 1/2" different, the resizing cost will be waived.  The resizing
charge is 1/2 of the original setup charge.  
For 1-2 lines of text change on an award add $7.50 each.  For 3 or more lines of text change on an award
add $20.00 each.  Please, if possible, send all imprint instructions in e-mail format to art@cmooreawards.
com and be sure to reference your purchase order number and company name.  A running charge
applies only when you are etching on a 2nd location on an award.  This running charge is $8.00 per area
per piece plus any applicable setup and etching costs for the additional area.
Color fill is available for most of the deep etched awards.  If this is requested, please add $7.00 per color
per area per piece.  Colors available are metallic gold, metallic silver, red, blue, black, & white.  PMS color
matching is not available.

Laser Engraving
Setup Charge is $65.00 each time a new logo or text needs to be setup on an award unless otherwise
specified.  A resizing charge is applied only if you are placing the same artwork on a different award that

will be waived.  The resizing charge is 1/2 of the original setup charge.

number and company name in the subject line.  A running charge applies only when you are lasering a
2nd location on an award.  This running charge is $5.00 per area per piece plus any applicable setup
and lasering cost for the additional area.  

Screen Printing on Plates or Selected Bases
Setup Charge is $65.00 each, per color, per area per order unless otherwise specified.    
For text changes are not available.  Please, if possible, send all imprint instructions in e-mail format to
art@cmooreawards.com and be sure to reference your purchase order number and company name in
the subject line.  A running charge applies only when you are screening a 2nd location on an award.  
This running charge is $1.50 per color per area per piece plus any applicable setup and screening cost
for the additional area.  

Engraving on Plates
Setup charge is $65.00 per image.  Straight line copy setup is no charge.  The running charge is
included in the first location only.  For each additional location add $5.00 for a logo per line piece, or
$3.00 for text per line per piece.  Copy changes or personalizations are $3.00 per line per piece.

Paper / Product Proofs
A black and white, electronic or faxed paper proof will be provided with every order at no cost for the first
proof.  If additional proofs are requested, please add $10.00 for each additional proof produced.  If
multiple proofs are needed your production schedule may be delayed.  When receiving a paper proof be
sure to approve layout, spelling, grammar, and logo registration.  
If a product proof is requested, please add $40.00 plus the cost of the item and any applicable setups or
running charges.  Standard production times apply for product proofs.  Please specify where the product
proof should ship and via what method.  Customer is responsible for freight for all product proofs
produced.

Random Samples
Random samples are available upon request.

Cancellations
Upon receipt of your faxed cancellation, we will confirm within 24 hours if your cancellation has been
accepted by our vendor.  Orders cannot be cancelled after proofs have been approved or after the order
has reached production.  You will be charged $25.00 plus all costs incurred to date.

Complaints or Disputes
Complaints or disputes must be made within in 15 days after receipt of order.

Less Than Minimum
Less Than  Minimum charge applies when a customer orders less than the posted minimum order
quantity for an item.  If this occurs, a charge of $50.00 per order will be added.  The absolute minimum is
½ of the product’s listed quantity.  Less than minimum is not available on Image 3 awards or Die Struck
Medallions orders.

International Shipping / Split Shipping / Drop Shipping
International shipping is available at $20.00 per location.  Customer must supply a UPS or Federal
Express number to ship internationally.  Declared values will be the items listed price unless otherwise
specified.  Customer is responsible for all taxes, duties and miscellaneous charges related to the
shipment.
Split shipping is available at $10.00 per shipment.  Please provide addresses in excel format.  We cannot
ship to PO Boxes, so please provide physical addresses for each location.
Drop shipping is available at $10.00 per location after the first.  Please provide addresses in excel
format.  We cannot ship to PO Boxes, so please provide physical addresses for each location.

Shipping
Standard production times are listed for each item individually.  C.O.D. shipments are not available.   All
orders are shipped primarily using UPS.  Please specify if an alternative carrier is preferred.  

Claims
All claims for breakage must be made by the receiver with the freight carrier and done within 10 days
after receipt of merchandise.  The receiver must save the outer carton(s) as well as the inner contents for
inspection purposes.  

Payment Terms:  
All prices are in US dollars.  We accept payment via check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.  
Checks should be paid to the order of CMoore Awards.  If you wish to pay via credit card please be sure
to include all necessary information for correct processing including, card number, expiration date and
verification code.  First time customers, please fill out a
