Production Time
Proofs will be sent within 1-3 business days after receipt of order. Production time begins after written
proof approval. Proof approval can be faxed to 608-741-2388 or e-mailed to cmoore@cmooreawards.
com. If you choose not to see a proof on your order, please fax or e-mail your waiver with your order.
Imprinting
Setup charge is $40.00 per color per area unless otherwise specified. Imprint color changes are $30.00
per product color for orders requiring a change of imprint color for less than quantity minimum. Copy
changes are $40.00 per color per area per order. Unless otherwise specified, prices includes a 1-color
imprint. Multi-color is also available as indicated, add per unit for each additional color $0.30.
Standard Imprint Colors
Unless otherwise specified, the colors below are available for imprinting on all products at no extra
charge excluding the AL555 and the AL555T Sure Touch and products requiring imprint color to match
trim color. Standard imprint colors are Black, Brown (PMS 476), Burgundy (PMS 202), Forest (PMS 343),
Gray (PMS 431), Green (PMS 355), PMS Maroon (PMS 235), Metallic Gold (PMS 872), Metallic Silver
(PMS 877), Navy (PMS 289), Neon Blue (PMS 801), Neon Green (PMS 802), Neon Orange (PMS 172),
Neon Pink (PMS 806), Orange (PMS 172), Process Blue, Purple (PMS 267), Red (PMS 186), Reflex Blue,
Royal Blue (PMS 300), Teal (PMS 327), Warm Red, White, or Yellow (PMS 109).
Standard imprint colors for the AL555 and AL555T Sure Touch are Burgundy (PMS 216), Forest (PMS
3435), Green (PMS 355), Light Blue (PMS 306), Metallic Gold (PMS 872), Metallic Silver (PMS 877), Navy
(PMS 2758), Orange (PMS 166), Purple (PMS 273), Red (PMS 1807), Royal Blue (PMS 286), White, and
Yellow (Pantone Yellow). The above colors are available for Sure Touch imprinting only, in addition to
color required to match trim color, for no extra charge.
Standard Imprint Colors for AL8100, AL8200, AL8250, AL8500, and AL8600 Boss (R) Steel Flashlights
are Blue, Metallic Gold, Metallic Green, Metallic Rose, Metallic Silver, Orange, Red, White, and Yellow.

Custom colors are no charge for orders greater than the largest specified catalog quantity per item.
Every effort will be made to match colors as closely as possible. However, due to differences in products
and printing processes, slight variations in final imprint color may occur.
High-Definition Laser Engraving
High-Definition laser engraving adds a special touch of class while generating respect for your
organization's distinguished approach to promotions. Logo programming one-time charge of $50.00 with
acceptable artwork. Exact repeat orders are $20.00 setup per position per order. Multi-position item
pricing includes logo or one/two lines in one location; add $1.00 per unit per additional location. For
personalization add $1.00 per item for individual name engraved in standard typefaces. Repetitive add
$20.00 setup per position per order for one or two lines in standard typefaces. Standard typefaces are
available at no additional cost and are as follows...

Please specify typeface by name and number on your purchase order.
Paper / Product Proofs
A black and white, electronic or faxed paper proof will be provided with every order at no cost for the first
proof. If additional proofs are requested, please add $10.00 for each additional proof produced. If
multiple proofs are needed your production schedule may be delayed. When receiving a paper proof be
sure to approve layout, spelling, grammar, and logo registration.
If a product proof is requested, please add $75.00 plus the cost of the item and any applicable setups or
running charges. Standard production times apply for product proofs. Please specify where the product
proof should ship and via what method. Customer is responsible for freight for all product proofs
produced.
Random Samples
Random samples are available upon request.
Cancellations
Upon receipt of your faxed cancellation, we will confirm within 24 hours if your cancellation has been
accepted by our vendor. Orders cannot be cancelled after proofs have been approved or after the order
has reached production. You will be charged $25.00 plus all costs incurred to date.
Complaints or Disputes
Complaints or disputes must be made within in 15 days after receipt of order.
Less Than Minimum
Less Than Minimum charge applies when a customer orders less than the posted minimum order
quantity for an item. If this occurs, a charge of $50.00 per order will be added. The absolute minimum is
½ of the product’s listed quantity.
International Shipping / Split Shipping / Drop Shipping
International shipping is available at $20.00 per location. Customer must supply a UPS or Federal
Express number to ship internationally. Declared values will be the items listed price unless otherwise
specified. Customer is responsible for all taxes, duties and miscellaneous charges related to the
shipment.
Split shipping is available at $10.00 per shipment. Please provide addresses in excel format. We cannot
ship to PO Boxes, so please provide physical addresses for each location.
Drop shipping is available at $10.00 per location after the first. Please provide addresses in excel
format. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, so please provide physical addresses for each location.
Shipping
Standard production times are listed for each item individually. C.O.D. shipments are not available. All
orders are shipped primarily using UPS. Please specify if an alternative carrier is preferred.
Claims
All claims for breakage must be made by the receiver with the freight carrier and done within 10 days
after receipt of merchandise. The receiver must save the outer carton(s) as well as the inner contents for
inspection purposes.
Payment Terms:
All prices are in US dollars. We accept payment via check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Checks should be paid to the order of CMoore Awards. If you wish to pay via credit card please be sure
to include all necessary information for correct processing including, card number, expiration date and
verification code. First time customers, please fill out a new account application to obtain an account.
